Shipping to the United States

Every ReNao gift is personalized, carefully prepared, and shipped internationally. Choose free Standard shipping or upgrade to Express for $10 per order at checkout.

Production: 1–2 business days

Production and preparation take 1–2 business days for both Standard and Express orders. Shipping time starts after your order is dispatched. Express speeds up shipping; it does not change production time.

Standard shipping — FREE

Transit time: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Estimated total: 4–9 business days, including production.

Express shipping — $10 per order

Transit time: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Estimated total: 3–6 business days, including production.

How to plan for your delivery

All timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Please allow for both production and shipping when ordering for a birthday, anniversary, or another special occasion. Contact us before ordering if you need help assessing a particular date.

Please provide complete personalization details and an accurate shipping address. If we need a correction or a clearer photo before production, this may affect your timeline. Carrier operations, destination, customs processing, and incorrect address details can also affect delivery.

Tracking your gift

We will email your tracking details after dispatch. Follow the carrier link in your email or visit our Track Your Order page. Tracking may take a little time to update. If your delivery is delayed or you need assistance, email us with your order number.

International customs charges

As stated in our international shipping policy, any applicable import duties, customs charges, or destination-country taxes are the recipient’s responsibility and may be collected separately. Contact your carrier or local customs office for details.
